Frequently asked
I already have a website. Can you just add the booking widget?
Yes. Booked Leads ($99/mo) is sold standalone. We embed the widget into your existing site as a single <iframe> or <script> tag — no rebuild required.
What does "8 booked appointments" mean exactly?
Bookings counted at appointment-creation time inside the widget — the moment the customer hits "Confirm." No-shows still count toward the 8. See MSA §5 for the exact mechanic.
Do I own the website when you're done?
Yes. On final payment you receive a perpetual royalty-free license to all copy, images, and code. The MSA covers it in §4.
Are you CASL / PIPEDA compliant?
Yes. Any outbound email or SMS we send on your behalf includes a working unsubscribe, honors opt-outs within 10 business days, and only targets prospects with a stated implied or express consent basis. Data is stored in Canadian and US Stripe / Convex / Vercel regions.
Multi-location?
+$25/mo per additional location. Each location gets its own booking widget config and its own GBP sync.
