Frequently asked

Is automated review-asking allowed by Google?

Yes, when (a) the request is to all customers (not just the happy ones), (b) you don't offer an incentive in exchange for a review, and (c) you don't write or pay for the review yourself. Our default flow obeys all three. The 1-tap thumbs up/down filter is the gray area we explicitly do NOT use unless you opt in — and even then we send the unhappy customer to a private form, we never block their public review.

What about Yelp and Facebook?

We monitor and reply on both, but we only request reviews on Google by default. Yelp's terms forbid automated review solicitation; Facebook's are looser but we've found Google requests don't cannibalize Facebook reviews — happy customers post on both organically.

Will replies be in my voice?

Yes, after a 30-minute voice-calibration call. You see and approve every draft before it sends — there is no "auto-post" toggle on owner replies. Median time-to-approve is under 30 seconds per review.

What happens to old reviews?

Out of scope at launch. Once you're 30 days in, we offer a one-time $99 catch-up: we draft owner replies for every public review without one going back 24 months. Optional add-on.

Can I see the message templates first?

Yes. Ask on the scoping call and we'll send the 4 default SMS templates and 3 default email templates (initial, gentle reminder, thank-you-for-reviewing). All are editable to your voice during onboarding.
