Two shops, one dashboard, one bill — and one Monday morning lead report.
If you run more than one bay-and-lift operation, you already know the pain: two GBPs, two booking systems, two phone numbers, two CRMs, two sets of weekly numbers to sanity-check. Troopers consolidates all of it under one login. Each location keeps its own GBP, its own tracked phone number, and its own booking widget — but you see them side-by-side, and the bill is +$25 USD/month per extra shop.
What you get per extra location
| Dedicated booking widget | Each shop has its own embed code, its own service menu, and its own bay calendar. No cross-booking — a customer who picks the Hull location can only book a Hull bay. |
|---|---|
| Tracked phone number | One unique Twilio number per location, forwarded to whoever answers there. Call recording, transcript, and missed-call SMS-back are scoped to that location only. |
| GBP sync | Each GBP is managed independently — different categories, different photos, different post schedules — but updates roll out from one Troopers dashboard. |
| Per-location lead report | The weekly Monday lead report breaks out leads, calls, bookings, and closed work by location. Roll-up totals at the top, per-shop tables underneath. |
| Per-location guarantee | The "8 booked appointments per month or that month is free" guarantee applies per location. If your Hull shop hits 12 and your Orleans shop hits 5, only the Orleans line gets credited that month. |
| Shared CRM export | One unified CSV export with a location column, plus per-location Zapier/webhook destinations if your bookkeeping is split. |
What this is not
- It is not a franchise platform. If you have 10+ locations and need royalty accounting, multi-tenant brand controls, or a national paid-ad layer, we are too small. We refer those to WebTactics.
- It is not a separate Site Rebuild per location. A second physical address with its own bay schedule and GBP usually deserves its own page on your existing site (the Site Rebuild base includes 4 pages; extra pages are $75 each). It does not usually need a whole new domain and rebuild.
- It is not a per-mechanic seat count. All staff at a location share the dashboard. We don't charge per advisor or per tech.
How adding a location works
| Day 0 | You give us the new shop's address, GBP URL (or "we don't have one yet"), and the phone number you want forwarded. |
|---|---|
| Day 1 | We provision the second tracked number, spin up the second booking widget on a new path (/book/<city>), and add the location row to your dashboard. |
| Day 2 | Sync the new GBP, push the location-specific page to your site (or to a stub <city>.troopers.pro if you don't have a site yet), and run a test booking. |
| Day 3 | Live. The next Monday's lead report shows both locations. |
Frequently asked
What if my second location is in Quebec and needs French?
Bilingual EN/FR is a separate add-on ($150 one-time). It applies to a Site Rebuild build window — if you've already launched, we re-open the build for 5 days and translate.
Can each location have its own owner login?
Yes. Each location has its own owner seat (the person who gets the lead report email + dashboard alerts), and you keep an "all locations" parent seat. No per-seat fees on the manager side.
What if I close a location?
Drop us a one-line email, we deactivate that location at the end of the current billing cycle. No early termination fee. The booking widget redirects to your remaining locations or to a "we've moved" page, your choice.
Does the 8-booking guarantee scale up at 3+ locations?
The guarantee is fixed at 8 booked appointments per location per month. If a small satellite shop runs 6/mo, that line is credited; the busy main shop is unaffected. We don't average across locations.
What if my second location is in a different timezone?
Bookings, call routing, and the SMS-back system all run in each location's local timezone. The dashboard displays whatever timezone you set as your owner default.
A 15-minute call is enough to scope the second location and turn it on. The +$25/mo line item starts on the day the new tracked number goes live, not the day you sign.
